Posted by Roger in November 18th 2008

Geologix Exploration, a favorite company of Peter Grandich, held a conference call today that I participated in and wanted to report the highlights.
For those who know about resource calculations, Geologix changed the method of calculating the resource in October than they did in June. Full explanation was given as to how and why this was [...]

Posted by Roger in May 23rd 2008

I just listened to an interview by Al Korelin of the Korelin Economics Report with guest Peter Grandich.
Al and Peter talked about where to invest right now. They discussed Jim Rogers answer to the same question recently and Rogers answer was “Food & Water”. Naturally, I think this is in addition to other commodities as [...]

Euro Hits $1.60

Posted by Roger in April 22nd 2008

The Euro overcame the $1.60 barrier this morning, European monetary officials released data suggesting more rate hikes may be required to tame inflation.
Unlike the U.S. Federal Reserve, the ECB seems to take stable prices a bit more seriously.
Of course, Doug Casey of Casey Research has been predicting this dollar weakness all along.
Doug has stated “The [...]
