Khan Resources (KRI.TO) was just getting its stock price moving upward again when the Mongolian Nuclear Energy Agency decided to cancel its mining license earlier this year.
Khan has some uranium mining operations in Mongolia.
But we have just received word that a Mongolian court has ruled in Khan Resources favor and ruled the NEA’s action to be illegal.
Nice to see a court system that works and holds bureaucrats at bay.
Khan Resources originally came to my attention through Casey’s International Speculator investment newsletter.
International Speculator is not cheap, but when dealing with volatile companies whose share price can hand you a ten-bagger or wipe out your cash altogether – sometimes overnight – you want experts helping you make your investment decisions.
The team at Casey Research have been at this a long time are are experts at it. You can get a No Risk Trial Subscription here.
